Processing Time:

Shipping Times & Delivery:

  • We source products from suppliers in China, France, the US, and the UK.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

    • UK: 5-15 business days

    • US: 7-20 business days

    • France: 5-15 business days

    • China: 10-30 business days

  • Some items may arrive separately due to multiple supplier locations.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs, local postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees & Customs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and item weight.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply for international orders and are the buyer's responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

  • Tracking information may take a few days to update, depending on the shipping provider.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support for assistance.

  • We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Certain products, such as personal care items, perishable goods, or custom-made items, are non-returnable.

Return Process:

Refunds:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Exchanges:
